ZBF series laminated precision decarburization filter is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, precise, clear filtration, closed operation of solid-liquid separation equipment.  It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, oil, pharmaceutical and other industries.  

application scope of the product 

Beverage: beer, juice, wine, milk, etc.  

Food: oil, wax, decolorization, degreasing, vinegar, sugar juice, sweet water and so on.

product feature

The filter is composed of filter paper or filter film sandwiched between several filter plates placed horizontally in a closed cylinder body.  It relies on the filter paper as the filter medium and carries on the pressure filtration in the closed container.  Filtration, filtrate by the pump into the filter body, along the outer circumference of the filter plate hole into the two layers of the filter plate, filtrate through the filter paper or filter film and porous support plate, into the center of the filter plate hole, from the bottom of the body outlet.  After filtration, use compressed air to filter the residual hydraulic out, to achieve no residual liquid filtration.
